From there I landed a big-time job in Corporate America working as a Financial Institution Specialist/ Bank Examiner where I learned a mass of information that would take hours to explain to the average person. In a nutshell I gained a wealth of knowledge as it relates to the economy, the market, interest rates, lending, and real estate. I've reviewed mortgage loans, commercial loans, farm loans and am very familiar with what lenders look for when pre-approving a potential borrower.
