“I was not impressed by the realtors who worked on this lease agreement. We moved into a house that had an extremely dirty stove and microwave, several lights bulbs out, and maintenance needed. There are still unresolved maintenance issues, we do not have a garage door opener or a mailbox key. The realtors on this job only focused on obtaining their money and not the needs of the tenant. It does not appear they guided the landlord appropriately with this move in process. ”
